The Arbitration Foundation is formed by the retired judges from the cader of District Judiciary in the State of Gujarat. The office is situated at Ahmedabad. It is registered in the same Act as is registered the Indian Council of Arbitration i.e. under the Societies Registration Act 1860. The Arbitration Foundation – Gujarat is created on the basis of no profit no loss. The charges for Arbitration proceedings are very reasonable and at a fixed rate which is half of the charges stated in the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Parties and arbitrator can negotiate fee structure of the case assigned by the parties.

Our Arbitration Foundation provides services to adjudicate the references which are submitted by the parties by common consent. The willingness and consent of both the parties are necessary. Parties should have to submit the memorandum for appointing the arbitrator and also apply for appointment of arbitrator.
